Jet Lag

Frequent flyers recommend these steps to prevent jet lag.First of all,eat a high-carbohydrate meal before your flight.Second,during the flignt,don't drink alcohol or coffee.After that don't nap during the day when you arrive.Finally,go to bed early your first night in the new time zone.

New Computer

I plan to buy a labtop in this weekdn because my computer has been broken last month.I will go to Best Buy or UScomputer to buy one.I check it on my computer before.I plan to buy Sony VAIO that kind labtop.But it is to expensive to me.It need about $1200 for one.I am looking for some one is cost about $600 to $800.SO finally I chose one of cost $850.I like that color and it is very lightlyl.

My Boss' House

My boss has a big house,and it is beautiful. That house has a very big garden.It is very beactiful.There are many flowers.such as roses,orchids.and some of Chrysanthemums.Those flowers make you feel comfortable and relaxed if you stand there.The house has a big garage.that garage can hold two cars at the same time,and it also feels very spacious.In the garage,there are many tools on the wall.The house has two floors.On the first floor.There are two bedrooms,a kitchen,and a big living rooms.On the second floor,there are tow big bedrooms with some furnitures.My boss' house is very big,and beautiful.

My Family

My family has 4 people.My father,mother,sister,grandmother and I. We have been living in Oakland for 2 year.We live in a house.My father was a drivr in China.He became a carpenter after he came to the U.S.A and my nother was a worker in factory.Now she is a hourse keeper.My grandmother is 85 or 87 years old.I am not sure. She came to the U.S.A 12 years ago.and she looks still young.My sisterand i are students.We study at the same school.but we don't see eachother very often,because the school is very big and we don't take the same classes.
